To create a Champagne with a consistent flavour year on year requires expert blending. Moët & Chandon use a process called 'assemblage' to create their Rosé non-vintage champagne.
They blend over 100 different wines, with 25% coming from previous years to ensure the classic flavour every time. On the nose floral notes stand out with bold red fruit flavours on the palate. Strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a slightly spicy finish helps balance the full bodied character of the champagne.
This Champagne Rosé has received 94 out of 100 for its 2004 vintage by Wine Spectator as well as a silver medal in the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 2013.
