Those who like creamy desert cocktails like this one a lot. It tastes just like the chocolate bar, with a rich hazelnut flavour and the hint of honey.

We’re going to give you two different methods of constructing the drink. The first one involves blending the ingredients for a frosty cocktail that has an added touch of chocolate. The second method accentuates the honey and gives you a stronger drink because it isn’t diluted by the ice.

If you want to go into complete dessert overload, you can also add a half-measure of white crème de cacao and top with a triangle of the real chocolate bar. Absolutely delicious.

Here’s the recipe for making a Toblerone Cocktail:

  • 30ml Frangelico
  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 30ml Baileys
  • 60ml Cream
  • Teaspoon of Honey
  • Chocolate syrup (for blended drink only)
  • Chocolate flakes

  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate syrup in a blender along with a handful of ice cubes
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the sides of a hurricane glass
  4. Pour in the contents of the blender
  5. Top with chocolate flakes

  1. Place the honey in the bottom of a hurricane glass and use a cocktail spoon to pull it up and coat the sides of the glass
  2. Add all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Strain into the honey coated glass
  5. Top with chocolate flakes
