Did you have a thing for Jolly Rancher lollipops and hard candies growing up? Or maybe you still do, no judgement. Then this cocktail recipe is the best thing that could happen to you today, if there’s any chance you hadn’t heard about it before.

These bright neon colourful shots are a sight for sore eyes when the mind and body need to relax and get into party mode in a big way. Equal amounts of sweet, sour and tangy, these jello shots will get you tipsy fast while also bringing the childhood comfort of jello and Jolly Rancher flavours. The best part about these cocktails is definitely the option of getting to choose your favourite flavours to make, or just make them all at once and enjoy the most colourful round of shots around. While some might crave the Watermelon flavour, others might lean towards Green Apple, or the sour citrusy tang of lemon, or have a particular fondness for the Strawberry taste and colour.

These are undoubtedly the best party shots due to their beautiful colours and fun nature. If at the bar, you probably won’t have any trouble getting the bartender to give a round of these for you and your mates, but only if they’ve been prepared from beforehand. If at home, your guests will go crazy when they find out that this is the treat that awaits them. These shots are typically mixed in with DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps as the liqueur of choice, but many love to vary the recipe and add their favourite liqueurs into the mix.
