Baby Guiness Cocktail Recipe

This novelty drink is not only tasty, but truly looks like a miniature pint of Guiness. You just can’t help but say aawwww when you see one. It’s a little like the drinks equivalent of a slider.

You can also use a lighter colored liqueur to give the appearance of an ale. Licor 43 with a dollop of cream will give you the flavor of a creamsicle and have the appearance of a miniature lager.

Here’s what you need:

Ingredients

  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 15ml Irish Cream

Preparation

  1. Pour the Kahlua into a shot glass.
  2. Pour the Irish Cream over the tail of a cocktail spoon onto the Coffee Liqueur.
  3. Do not mix.

Equipment

  • Shot Glass
  • Cocktail spoon
