There are many variations when it comes to the drink, so in essence, you can make it as simple or complex as you like.


  • 2 ounces of apricot brandy
  • 3 ounces of sour mix
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherry (optional)


  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with the maraschino cherry, if preferred.
